I realized I need to enable port forwarding.. which I tried, but it didn't work. For the service type I selected PPTP, and it automatically filled out the External Port & Internal Port with 1723, which from what I am told, is the port for PPTP VPN. However, it left the Internal IP box blank, and asked me to fill it out.
