Apr 06, 2017 · So I got a chance to work with this again today. Connecting from INSIDE the network using L2TP w/ shared key works fine. Here's what I get on Netstat, the ports are there but not showing as listening (ports have been opened on router and server 2016 firewall, nothing else is there).
