Turns out that the IP address assigned to the wireless router is from Roadrunner. I just got a new address (they cycle approx every 2 weeks) and it is blacklisted - not of my doing. According to Roadrunner, I have to wait for the next IP change or I can unplug my modem/router for 48 hours.
